| Radke et al. (2005) described a set of 300,000 SAGE tags of T. gondii. The whole dataset is avaialable at the TgSAGEDB site. We used 10 of these tags as seeds against a T. gondii database composed by 129,421 unclustered EST sequences from the NCBI site. |
